I am a Master Practioner in Clinical Counselling and Clinical Supervisor who works with individuals who are struggling with everyday life issues: mental health, addiction, relationship problems, grief, self-esteem issues, and self-confidence. These are the day-to-day fights that make people feel lonely, sad, discouraged, and angry. I believe that providing hope to a person who is feeling disheartened is one of the most gratifying things someone can do.

I have a Doctor of Medicine degree ( Alternative medicine) equivalency in Alberta. Alternative Medical Systems emphasizes the holistic aspects of health.  It works on the belief that a person’s mind affects its body, thought processes & mental state could impact well–being, and aim to facilitate the influence of these processes on mental health. I received a Master of Social Work (2011) equivalency in Alberta. Over ten years, I am working in a wide variety of settings, including community, hospitals,  mental health disability, substance abuse, nonprofit organizations, and private practice. My training has allowed me to gain significant knowledge in conventional, Complementary & Alternative Medical Systems to help people who struggle with mental health, relationship, and life transitions. Therefore, I use a broadly based integrative approach to health and well-being involving mind-body-spirit practices. From 2015-  2017, I assisted over 254 people of Edmonton with mental disabilities to overcome their issues and to achieve their goals under a Government of Canada project & DECSA. From 2017-  2018, I was part of the Psychiatric interdisciplinary team supporting people with mental illness at an Acute Inpatient Geriatric Psychiatry facility in Edmonton. Several Nonprofit organizations of Alberta recognized me for facilitating mental health programs for their staff, clients, and members.

I have been invited as a speaker on various mental health topics by many organizations. I was a regular guest speaker on Harmony T.V. on the ATN Channel talk show.

My practice focuses primarily on individual psychotherapy, but I also offers group, couples, geriatric, and family counseling. Connect with me as a step towards nourishing your health and wellness. In therapy we will discuss your problems and how they are currently affecting you. In doing so, offer you techniques to help you to learn a new set of behaviours, and help you to practice this new skill until it has become embedded. You’ll also be given helpful “homework” in the form of practicing your new skills. In the process, you should experience an improvement in your symptoms. The goal of CBT is a relatively rapid improvement and the cessation of therapy within 16 weeks, but each case is unique and the duration may vary from person to person.
